Practice Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays, starting October 29th, 2024- March 9th, 2025
5:30pm-6:30pm ( We will stay until 7pm for some of the advanced kids)
Additional practices will be scheduled for more advanced instruction as season progresses

Fees

$200 for whole season
Please send payment via Zelle/Venmo/CashApp to 716-280-1792 or given to any of the coaches in person.

Required Equipment

Workout clothes
Wrestling shoes
Your own water bottle

Coaches

Practices will be held by Coach Pasha Syed(NYS Certified, USA Bronze/Copper Certified)
Multiple Assistant Coaches will be also running practices
We will also be inviting special guests and fitness coaches.

2022/23 Season Highlights Video

Buffalo Nomads Wrestling Club is a fully insured, NYWAY and USA Wrestling club in the Far Western Region.

Competition:

We will be having Dual Meet Competition in January for K-8th. Wrestlers will be expected to make weight and compete against other schools and clubs. Matches will be on weekdays. A schedule will be provided to wrestlers/parents. Wrestle offs will take place to see who will get the starting spot in the lineup for multiple kids in a weight class. Weight classes are as follows:

50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 110, 125, HWT (limit 160)

*A NYWAY membership is required to participate in duals* (one time $25 fee)

We will also be participating in exciting tournaments here within the WNY area and travel out of state as well for even stronger competition! Most tournaments will be on weekends from November until March. A schedule will be provided for all wrestlers/parents.
